We’re ringing in these first days of Fall with some fresh updates to your LiveNinja Messenger account. Here’s what’s new:

📸 Photos + GIFs
Both agents and customers can now elevate the conversation with images. This is especially handy for showing off certain products or troubleshooting something on the spot with a customer. You can also toss in a GIF when a photo just isn’t enough.

✅ Tooltips
Not sure of what do next? Login now to check out our newest helpful tips to guide you through the application.

👥 Chat Assignments
On the right panel of every chat, you’ll now easily know which team member is assigned to that conversation.

👋 Greeting Message
You can now easily customize your greeting message from within your settings section. This is great for letting customers know that you’re available to help them, even if they don’t click on the widget.

Some much needed TLC
Site visitors no longer have to experience momentary vertigo. We’ve fixed an issue where the widget was scrolling to the bottom of the chat thread every 5 seconds.
