We’ve taken another step forward in creating a shared inbox for all of your business communication. Check out the Facebook Messenger icon in your LiveNinja dashboard to sync up your Facebook Business Page. In just a snap, you’ll be able to manage incoming messages from the convenience of your LiveNinja inbox.
WordPress & Shopify Plugins, with Wix coming soon!
Hello, world! We’re making your day a little breezier with plugins to ease your installation efforts. If you have a WordPress or Shopify website, you can quickly install the chat widget with just a few clicks. Jump into your Widget Settings to see what the excitement is all about.
So we found out that black doesn’t go with everything. You can customize not only your widget’s greeting message but also the color too. Now, to find the right shade of Burgundy!
You won’t need your glasses to see this 😎 guy. Emojis were a little fuzzy — coming in clear now!

There was a strange shadow lingering along the edge of your chat widget. We’ve captured it and have sent it off to Neverland.
